This return and refund policy indicate the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order.

Pre-orders and Reservations
All pre-orders and reservations for future delivery of a JOYROOM product are fully refundable as long as the amount paid as a pre-order or reservation has not been applied towards a purchase of a JOYROOM product.

Friendly Note: Please be sure to read the attached user manual and follow the instructions to use this product. Please send us a photo of the defective part(s) of the product you received.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In 7 days, you do not have to provide any reason for the return. However, we would love to get more feedback on the reason for your return so will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.
Beyond 7 days, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
